I am Mac
McCluskey, a race director, event timer.
I have been promoting race venues in New England, until
recently when I moved to Park City, Utah.
I brought my company Monkey Races LLC, and my 20 years
experience in event planning, race timing and coaching with me.
Having been a member of USAT / Team USA, and a
participant in over 200 races, I have years of experience that
has taught me the value of a well run race.
I have witnessed firsthand the success of some venues, as
well as the failures of other disorganized events.
I want to
offer you my help in organizing a successful event for your
organization. If you
would like to talk with us about organizing your next fund
raising event, or if you would like help in hosting a sporting
event on your own we can be a valuable resource to you.
In our newest project, we have been promoting this trail
venue

and we will begin hosting new locations in Pittsburgh, Salt Lake
City and Park City, this coming year.
If you are already have a run, bike outing, or triathlon we can
offer you timing services at a very low cost, for your event.
MR Timing has “computer hand timed” several charity road
races for as little as $1. per. each registered runner.
This pricing structure could be very valuable to someone
hosting a first year event with less than 200 people.
If you have a larger race, we can offer you fully
integrated “chip timing” as well.
We have also successfully timed large races with
participants of 1000.At MR Timing we use Innovative Timing’s
Jaguar bib technology, where the timing chip is placed on the
bib and is completely disposable.
When you hire us, you are hiring a race partner, we
will do everything to support your race day logistics and help you
to ensure a quality well run race. We want you to succeed, the
future of your race is the future of our company. We want you

What we will need from you:
A list of entries and at least 48 hours to enter data, entries
received within 12 hours of your race start are considered race
day entrants. |
| A pre approved spread sheet of
pre-registered competitors. We can provide you with a
spread sheet that is compatible to our systems. If you choose
your own it will need to be pre approved. |
| A two week notice of race
requirements of age groups, awards and results details |
| A description, diagram and / or
a tour of the finish area and facilities prior to event day |
| Adequate finish line chutes and
equipment 3' wide 100' long per lane |
| Flagging or fencing for traffic
and a spectator closed finish area |
| On-site electrical supply for
